  One of the best Pubs in Sydney, for many years. Great food, friendly staff, unpretentious atmosphere. Unfortunately, the food quality has been steadily declining due to the change in chefs a few months back. The new dishes are now incredibly overpriced compared to the size and flavour they once had. I actually used to take my friends there just to try your perfect crunchy wedges, now they are just an oily mess. I really hope you guys get the new chefs better trained and come back to your glory.

  Reasonable drink selection, okay prices, acceptable food, friendly staff, superb location. The upstairs bar is the place to be in the evening. If you can catch the sun setting behind the bridge, the reflections in the clouds around the opera house are stunning. You need to get in early though, but 18:30 most nights all the tables are full, and they don't take bookings anymore. The downstairs area is more of a traditional pub, a good casual place to be in the earlier afternoon. All-in-all, a very congenial pub.
